UN's Sh*t.

Ah. Here we are again -- Back to base one. I guess you can finally say, "UN is EPIC PHAIL".
Wow. Didn't think that would happen? Well it did. Here's what's wrong with it:

A leader without gold]
What about the events? The recruiting? You need GOLD. I mean, I have gold, but judging from how many people are in the guild; how many people are set to join, leave, then rejoin yet only to leave again; I can't afford all of it.

Members that don't donate]
Cmon, I know I have events, but when you have enough gold, it would be nice to just donate a little bit; Or at least, before you leave the guild deposit 1k in. [Thank you Ange/Spell]

Members that complain/annoy/b*tch, etc.]
Guild fights cannot be avoided; I'm sure. Once in awhile, it happens. Seriously, if want to fight, at least take it to pm's or face-to-face pixels. Then when you're done letting your feelings/opinions out, put the other person on IGNORE. When you leave the guild, it affects me, not the other person you disliked. Is it worth leaving a guild that you have bonded with?
Note : This is not refering to ANYONE. It is general.

Too many members]
I think it's time that I should say that there are way too many people in UN. In my time zone, we're mostly active early in the morning... [ Around 3 AM - 11 AM Central USA time zone ]. Although, we have around 10 - 20 people online during the day, and maybe for about 30 minutes straight, no one is talking in guild chat... You guys should talk a bit more; No i'm not forcing, but it would be nice.

No structure]
UN, at the moment, does not have any rules. A few people in the guild believe that there shouldn't be any rules, for it will cause more chaos. I agree with that, but only half way. If the rules aren't strict, then maybe people will follow them, along with the consequences. I doubt that will happen, but it's just an idea.

Noobs?]
No offense, but there are a handful of players that are joining UN who do not even know how to play. My first thought? -- How the hell did you get onto test in the first place? I'm sorry, but if you want to join our guild, you'd have to at least know how to type. Likewise, they are giving us UN a "bad name", as Psychosocial have said. It's true! Some of you guys are out there scamming, stalking, and even r*ping people.
UN is supposed to be a nice and friendly guild; on the guild description, "Yeah, We are the United Nations. We work together for freedom, peace, and equality for the test-eo community."
That's what we're supposed to be doing - peacemaking, not going out and scamming... All I have to say to the noobs : LEARN TO TYPE. [Although I do like the " u " idea; I use it sometimes.]

Recruiters]
Everyone, or mostly everyone is a recruiter. I knew that would be too much, and it happened. Many of you guys would get mad if I made deranked you. Besides, I'm too lazy to do it anyways... We have over 70 recruiters. I'll get to it sometime soon, please don't get mad at me!

Don't get jealous... just because UN is up there. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
