I'm not sure if anyone still goes here, but early this morning at 7:30 PM Central tim zone, there was a solar eclipse. I live in Texas, so I wasn't able to see it. The total eclipse happened in Northern Canada, Russia, China, and Mongolia, and a partial eclipse was seen in Europe, and the middle east. The last solar eclipse that occured in the U.S. was on July 11, 1991. The next one will be on August 22, 2017, from Oregon to South Carolina.
I'm not sure if anyone from Canada saw it, but if you have any pictures, email them to me.
[ Thanks to Yahoo for these amazing photos. ]

Its good to know facts!
Did you know that the moon is not as dense as it really seems due to all the caves/craters?
Did you know that people believe the moon was once part of Earth until a massive vocanic eruption along with the orbit remove a part of earth which began orbitting as Earth's satelite.
Did you know that Earth once had 2 moons until one crashed into Earth due to overmassed gravitaional pull by the close orbit. (Get "Life as we knew it" for more information)
Did you know that the moon was only really just a big chunk of cheese that gravitationally pulled itself into a shape of a sphere with holes.
True facts of the moon will return, on Modern Marvels.
